If you believe content available on TubZi infringes your copyright, send us a proper DMCA notice and we will review it promptly.

How to File a DMCA Notice

Your notice should include enough detail for us to identify both the copyrighted work and the material you want reviewed. Please include:

your full name and contact details (email plus any relevant business information);
identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed;
the exact URL(s) or clear location of the allegedly infringing material on TubZi;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act;
your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified content while we review the claim. We may also notify the affected user, publisher, or provider when appropriate.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices should include your contact details, the removed material, and a statement made under penalty of perjury supporting your claim.

Repeat Infringement Policy

Where appropriate, TubZi may limit or terminate access for users or partners who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
